I’m Meredith Myers, founder and creative director of Jack + Mo.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a strong reaction to design. I have a core memory as a child of being utterly outraged by a jewlery store’s signage that featured blocky and brown text. I was horrified. I felt even at 7 I could defininitely create something more appropriate for a lovely little shop by the ocean.

Design has always been a part of my makeup. I feel it deeply when something feels right, and when it doesn’t!

Branding, to me, is an extenion of what I’ve always been primed for- artistic intuition. It’s art and structure, balance and precision.

Through my process, I work directly with my clients to discover the core values of their business and what makes them unique, then translate it into an iconic representation that simply and perfectly embodies those stand-out traits.  It's hard work! But the process always delivers.

 

STUDIO HISTORY

I founded Jack + Mo in 2008, and it has grown organically through strong client relationships and referrals. What started small has evolved into a studio working with clients across the country and internationally.

The work spans health + wellness, real estate and development, hospitality, product-based brands, and professional services—each project shaped to reflect the individuality of the business behind it.

EXPERIENCE

My background includes serving as Creative Director and Production Manager for a national publication, along with early experience at an award-winning strategic communications firm.

I hold a BA in Graphic Design from William Peace University, graduating with honors and receiving the Artemisia Excellence in Art Award.

LIFE

I live in Raleigh, North Carolina, with my husband and our three children. Our home is full—often with a mix of kids, dogs, and the occasional foster pup or two (or 7...). Animal rescue is an ongoing part of my life, and over the years, we’ve placed dozens of dogs into new homes.

 

Outside of work, I spend time reading—everything from fiction to science—cooking, and refining our home (read- moving furniture around  a million times and seeking out Facebook Marketplace deals!) I’m drawn to spaces that feel calm, layered, and intentional, and I revisit and adjust them often. Interior design is a natural extension of my work, and I often help clients bring that same eye to the interiors of their businesses.

Our home has also been used as the setting for several commercial shoots, including HGTV and national brands. It's my largest art canvas!

I love that through Jack + Mo, I’m able to help others build businesses that reflect who they are—thoughtfully and with intention.
